We're Hiring: Solution Architect for SAP S/4HANA HRMS Integration (Remote, All Over India)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in HRMS integrations with SAP S/4HANA and various third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, multi-entity HR solutions with seamless integrations across diverse platforms. You will lead the architectural design and integration strategy to ensure efficient data flows for Payroll, Loans, Claims, Projects, and Compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable HRMS solutions for multi-entity deployments.

Lead integration efforts with systems including Dynamics 365, AX 2012, Orbit, DocuSign, and UAE Pass.

Ensure smooth and secure data synchronization across Payroll, Loans, Claims, Projects, and Compliance modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for HRMS data flows and compliance.

Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural standards and governance.

Required Skills

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HCM modules.

Strong knowledge of JSON APIs and Azure Integration services.

Expertise in integrating HRMS with third-party platforms and local compliance systems (e.g., UAE Pass).

Proven track record in multi-entity, multi-country HRMS deployment and integration.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
