We're Hiring: SRE Lead Engineer India Based Delivery Centers

We are hiring an experienced SRE Lead Engineer to join our team at any of our delivery centers across India. This role is ideal for professionals with 8 to 12+ years of experience who specialize in building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems. You will play a key role in enhancing system resilience, managing incidents, and driving automation for operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for reliability metrics.

Monitor system performance and implement strategies to reduce manual toil.

Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Conduct capacity planning and scale infrastructure to meet demand.

Automate reliability improvements and implement chaos engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills

Must Have

New Relic, SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Chaos Engineering, Azure (SME level preferred)

Relevant Backgrounds

Software Engineering, DevOps, Operations, Cloud Engineering

Experience

8 to 12+ years of relevant experience.
