We're Hiring: Technical Lead – HRMS Configuration & Customization (Remote, All Over India)

We are seeking a Technical Lead – HRMS Configuration & Customization for a remote opportunity across India. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with HRMS platforms, with a preference for SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for configuring HR modules, implementing AI-driven enhancements, and customizing the platform to align with business needs. Your role will be central to driving user experience, system intelligence, and HR digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize HRMS modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Learning & Development, and Analytics.

Implement AI-enabled features such as chatbots, sentiment analysis, and resume screening.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional system designs.

Develop and maintain configuration scripts, workflows, and reporting dashboards.

Optimize performance and user experience across the HR technology stack.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience with HRMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).

Strong expertise in module configuration and end-to-end HR process customization.

Knowledge of scripting, HR analytics dashboards, and workflow automation.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts related to HR technology (e.g., chatbots, NLP, smart resume parsing).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
