4 MoSCoW-prioritised recommendations were adopted into Unyted’s 2025 roadmap after collecting requirements from 10+ stakeholders across 5 business units and organising them into one consolidated BRD. 6 optimisation opportunities became documented user stories with clear acceptance criteria through a 12-week process mapping exercise, turning scattered observations into a report developers could act on. A data inconsistency was caught and corrected before reaching senior stakeholders by running quality checks on requirement data in SQL, keeping a Power BI dashboard (DAX, Power Query) tracking roadmap delivery accurate and trustworthy.
