Leading the Qatar Underwriting development as frontend lead on WeCore (Wenxt’s core policy issuance and underwriting platform) — conceived and built a config-driven dynamic component, replacing 50+ hardcoded per-product/country components with just 2-3 reusable components, rendering fields, API calls, and form values dynamically from setup. Redesigned the B2C Customer Portal frontend from a legacy Angular project into a modern UI with a streamlined, minimal-click purchase flow, handling both UI development and backend API integration. Delivered screens and REST API integrations across the RI (Reinsurance) and Claim modules of WeCore for 5 countries (Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique), delivering pre-live builds for customer UAT feedback. Built a Gemini API integration for vehicle damage detection and automated repair cost estimation from uploaded images, and developed the frontend for a Rule Engine — JSON-based rule creation with a real-time Rule Simulator — for underwriting validation.
