Architected a full-stack data streaming engine using Node.js and WebSockets to broadcast real-time occupancy metrics for 2,500+ stations with sub-100ms synchronization latency. Engineered a high-performance visualization layer in D3.js, implementing HTML5 Canvas rendering to support 200K+ concurrent data points at 60 FPS, bypassing standard SVG DOM bottlenecks. Reduced client-side memory crashes and network congestion under peak simulation load by implementing server-side batching for data ingestion into PostgreSQL, stabilizing throughput across concurrent station updates.
