Developed an end-to-end Laptop Price Prediction System using 1,300+ laptop records and 10+ hardware features, performing data preprocessing, EDA, and feature engineering to build a machine learning-ready dataset. Trained and evaluated multiple regression models, including Linear Regression, Lasso, KNN, Decision Tree, SVR, Random Forest, XGBoost, Gradient Boosting, and Stacking Regressor, selecting the Random Forest Regressor as the final model, achieving an R2 score of 0.883 and MAE of 0.163. Deployed the trained model as a Streamlit web application, enabling real-time laptop price estimation using Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
