Found seat comfort and cabin staff service had the biggest influence on overall ratings; common complaints included delays, rude staff, and poor service. Trained a Random Forest model to predict booking completion — purchase lead time, flight duration, and route type were the most predictive features. Delivered a PowerPoint presentation flagging better Economy catering and faster check-in as top recommendations for improving satisfaction.
