Real-Time Monitoring, Investigation, Analysis, Reporting and Escalations of Security Events from Multiple log sources. Review the logs and check for the suspicious events, if found any activity as suspicious, requires raising an Incident ticket to the concerned platform team and follow up with the platform team for the closure of incident ticket based on the reply from the user. And with these I will be working on the vulnerability Assessment, this process may involve automated and manual techniques with varying degrees of rigor and emphasis on comprehensive coverage. Responsible for performing analysis of security logs to detect unauthorized behaviour. Differentiate false positives from true intrusion attempts. Create a case in ticketing tool and assign it to the respective team based on legitimacy & SLA. Handling incident tracker, weekly and monthly reports. Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends. Ability to share the information with the leads regarding fine tuning of the alerts. Work with various teams across the organization to improve security posture. Ability to do Install and Uninstall the Connector, integrate any windows devices, relaunch the connector. And I have provided KT (trained) to some of Analysts in the organization regarding the process.
