Developed and maintained RESTful backend APIs using Java and Spring Boot for telecom services supporting SIM inventory management, location tracking, coverage data, and analytics workflows. Enforced mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator application (TOTP), implementing backend validation and secure login-flow checks to strengthen authentication security and access control. Migrated 4 analytics endpoints for CDR and location activity/event data from MongoDB aggregation to ClickHouse-backed queries, configuring ClickHouse as the default analytics datastore and improving query performance for production workloads. Implemented specialized root-account analytics handling to query Enterprise and Consumer data directly through ClickHouse without constructing large subaccount lists, improving scalability for high-volume analytics requests. Migrated 2 production services, Store Management and Transaction Management, from Spring Boot 2.7.18 to Spring Boot 3.x, modernizing the application stack and migrating dependencies from javax to jakarta. Performed API testing, debugging, log analysis, and production issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
