Engineered and maintained 5+ live Power BI dashboards (Daily Sales, Subscriptions, UK & US Revenue Recognition) tracking MRR, churn, retention, and sales performance across 60+ engineered DAX measures. Automated end-to-end ETL pipelines using Power Query (M) and Pipedream to ingest and reconcile data from Shopify, ReCharge, and Seal APIs, cutting manual reporting effort by 10+ hours/week. Audited and validated a 70+ field REST API schema, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies (date formats, type mismatches, null values), eliminating recurring reconciliation errors in downstream dashboards. Built behavioral and tenure-based churn segmentation across product categories, flagging at-risk customer cohorts and informing proactive retention outreach for the business team. Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate unified Daily Sales and cross-channel KPI dashboards consolidating Shopify, Seal, and Recharge data, refining visuals and filters based on ongoing business feedback. Delivered unit economics dashboards tracking LTV, ARPU, and net margin, directly supporting pricing and retention decisions for the business team.
