Designed, developed, and maintained enterprise backend applications using Java 8, Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, RESTful APIs, and Oracle SQL, covering requirement analysis, API design, and solution development. Built a Centralized SMS Management System (CSMS) processing 400,000–500,000 SMS requests daily, serving 12+ enterprise applications through scalable, modular architecture. Developed and consumed RESTful APIs for Template, Transactional, Bulk SMS, and Delivery Report services, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Improved application performance through SQL query optimization, database indexing, normalization, and Caffeine Cache, reducing database load and response time. Implemented Resilience4j Retry, vendor failover, and configurable routing strategies to strengthen application reliability and fault tolerance. Developed DLR APIs, generated unique message identifiers using ULID, and built CSV reporting solutions processing 2M+ records.
