Developed REST API and WebSocket pipelines in Python and Go that ingest robot state, alerts and fleet metrics into PostgreSQL, and designed the relational database schema behind them. Integrated the fleet dashboard with the company's in-house ERP over its REST API (JSON), polling order status into a local table so operations could track orders alongside robot data. Built and deployed a production dashboard (React/FastAPI) using Docker on AWS EC2 with an automated CI/CD pipeline, replacing manual SSH-based releases with repeatable, secure deployment. Debugged and optimized a live Raspberry Pi robot interface, cutting CPU overhead by ~50% through frame throttling and WebSocket lifecycle management; resolved threading race conditions in a two-queue Python bridge. Designed a concurrent Go WebSocket hub with a last-known-state cache, heartbeat monitoring and a priority-based alert queue for reliable real-time fleet monitoring. Worked independently across multiple projects, documented work, and shared progress with cross-functional teams.
