Review the logs and check for the suspicious events, if found any activity as suspicious, requires to raise an Incident ticket to the concerned platform team and follow up with the platform team for the closure of incident ticket based on the reply from the user. Responsible for performing analysis of security logs in an attempt to detect unauthorized behavior. Differentiate false positives from true intrusion attempts. Create a case in ticketing tool and assign it to the respective team based on legitimacy & SLA. Handling incident tracker, weekly and monthly reports. Research the latest information technology (IT) security trends. Work with various teams across the organization to improve security posture. Ability to do Install and Uninstall the Connector, Integrate any windows devices, How relaunch the connector. Ability to share the information with the leads regarding fine tuning of the alerts.
