Analyzed 474,565+ public crime records using SQL and Python to uncover incident-type, geographic, and time-based trends for a public-safety reporting use case. Cleaned and standardized inconsistent location and timestamp fields, then engineered time-of-day, late-night, and weekend features that sharpened trend accuracy. Built EDA dashboards and geo-visualizations (Pandas, Seaborn, Folium) to map hotspots and frequency patterns, packaged into stakeholder-ready reports. Translated technical findings into plain-language summaries and visuals for non-technical audiences, a core requirement for business-facing analyst roles.
