Server Admin (On-Premise & Azure): Provisioned and managed Windows Server & Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Kali) VMs; handled configuration, access control, health checks, and performance tuning on-premise and in Azure. Also review the configurations from security point of view. Azure Cloud: Managed Azure virtual machines, applied NSG rules, configured resource groups, and performed server hardening; supported hybrid workloads across on-premise and cloud environments. Virtualisation & Monitoring: Administered VMware infrastructure; monitored server health, performance, and managed log-backup activities for PwC and client environments using SolarWinds and OPManager. ITSM Deployment: Deployed ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (app + DB); configured SLAs, workflows, MFA, and notification rules for EDR, SIEM, and DLP teams. SIEM & XDR Integration: Integrated Google Chronicle, ArcSight, Cortex XDR, and SentinelOne agents on managed servers; fetched and analysed firewall logs for security investigations. Client Consulting & Mentoring: Advised clients on Linux server issues; mentored junior team members on OS concepts, endpoint security, and infrastructure best practices. Web application Penetration Testing: Enhance penetration testing competencies utilizing Burp Suite, while systematically completing advanced PortSwigger and TryHackMe laboratories to advance toward a role as a Cybersecurity Investigator.
