Currently serving as the primary MIS Analyst for the Fasteners Plant, owning end-to-end breakdown data management for the Mechanical and Electrical maintenance departments; preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, maintenance, and operational performance. Analyze mechanical and electrical maintenance breakdown data, identify recurring failure trends, and submit consolidated monthly performance reports to management to support reliability and planning decisions. Played a key role in the plant’s ISO certification drive – consolidated and verified Mechanical and Electrical maintenance data for ISO documentation; final audit verification recorded zero non-conformances against maintenance data, contributing to successful certification under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
