Developed and optimized machine learning models using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn on real-world datasets for classification and predictive analysis. Performed comprehensive data preprocessing, including data cleaning, handling missing values, outlier treatment, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to improve data quality. Implemented and compared Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Random Forest models to identify the best-performing algorithm based on accuracy and business requirements. Evaluated model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix, applying train-test split and cross-validation to ensure reliable results.
