Assisted 30–40 Adobe Creative Cloud users daily with software issues including installation failures, application crashes, cloud sync problems, and licensing errors — ensuring each user was back up and running with minimal disruption. Used SQL to look up user account details, verify licensing status, and fix login issues, helping users regain access quickly and keeping records accurate. Investigated the root cause of recurring issues by reading application logs and error patterns, then documented findings clearly and passed them on to the right teams to get permanent fixes in place. Helped users facing API-related issues by understanding how their application communicates with Adobe servers and guiding them through connection and access problems in simple terms. Configured and maintained network settings including IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN setup, firewall and antivirus solutions, reducing security incidents and keeping applications accessible and stable. Worked with internal teams to write step-by-step guides and help articles for common user problems, reducing repeat queries and making it easier for users to self-resolve issues. Kept track of all open user issues during each shift, making sure nothing was left unanswered, flagging anything at risk of delay, and closing every case with clear and complete notes.
