Designed and developed an enterprise-level Power BI analytics solution for a multi-branch educational training institute to support data-driven decision-making, improve admissions, monitor financial performance, optimize placement operations, and evaluate marketing effectiveness by integrating data from multiple business functions into a centralized reporting platform. Built 5 interactive Power BI dashboards covering Executive, Sales, Placement, Financial, and Marketing analytics for cross-functional business reporting. Performed end-to-end data extraction, data cleaning, and data transformation using Power Query to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Designed a Star Schema data model with fact and dimension tables to enable efficient, scalable reporting and analysis. Authored 20+ DAX measures to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) including Revenue, Admission Conversion Rate, Placement Rate, Pending Fees, and Collection Efficiency. Built advanced visualizations including KPI Cards, Funnel Charts, Line Charts, Treemaps, Matrix Reports, Gauges, and AI-powered visuals to communicate insights clearly. Conducted branch-wise performance analysis, admissions trend analysis, counselor productivity tracking, placement outcome analysis, fee collection monitoring, and marketing campaign evaluation. Delivered actionable, data-backed insights that supported leadership in improving admissions, optimizing fee collection, and strengthening overall business performance.
