Developed KPIs based on client requirements, handling complex business rules such as excluding shipper data from KPI calculations. Successfully delivered the project ahead of schedule and received client appreciation for enabling an earlier launch to end users. Developed and maintained Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor sales, distributor shipments, inventory movement, fulfillment metrics, and key business KPIs. Designed and implemented critical business KPIs including Share of Category, Weighted Distribution, Numeric Distribution, Total Distribution Points (TDP), Store Receiving, Trade Area Volume, and Velocity Metrics. Analyzed large-scale retail, distributor, sales, and manufacturer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. Wrote and optimized complex SQL queries using Joins, CTEs, Subqueries, Aggregations, and Window Functions, improving reporting performance by approximately 60%.
