I'm Tushar Sharma, a Computer Science graduate specializing in data analytics and business intelligence. I work with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to turn raw, messy data into clear, actionable insights from building multi-KPI dashboards to uncovering fraud patterns and customer churn trends across real-world datasets. I'm genuinely curious about data , I enjoy the process of digging into a confusing dataset, cleaning it, and finding the story hidden inside. My projects span supply chain analytics, financial fraud detection, retail sales performance, and telecom customer behavior, each one built end-to-end: from data cleaning and modeling to visualization and business recommendations. I'm currently expanding my skill set into cloud platforms like Azure to stay ahead in the analytics space, and I actively use AI tools to accelerate my workflow while ensuring every output is verified and understood, not just accepted at face value.
