Bizoforce Hiring – AWS Cloud Engineer – Hyderabad, India

Bizoforce is hiring AWS Cloud Engineers with 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS public cloud infrastructure, networking, security, automation, DevOps, and production support. The role will support enterprise AWS infrastructure and day-to-day cloud operations in a 24x7 production support environment. The engineer will work on AWS networking, compute and storage services, security controls, backup and disaster recovery, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with VPCs, Subnets, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect, Security Groups, and Network ACLs, along with the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues. Experience with Terraform, AWS CLI, Python, and CloudFormation will be important for automating infrastructure and operational activities. The engineer will work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, application, security, and support teams to maintain stable cloud environments, resolve incidents, follow ITSM processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Monitor and administer AWS infrastructure and production workloads.
• Work with AWS networking components including VPC, Subnets, Transit Gateway, VPN, and Direct Connect.
• Configure and maintain AWS security controls including Security Groups and Network ACLs.
• Support AWS compute and storage services.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, networking, connectivity, and configuration issues.
• Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational activities using Terraform and AWS CLI.
• Develop automation scripts using Python.
• Work with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure deployment and configuration.
• Support CI/CD processes using GitLab and GitHub.
• Follow established SDLC and ITSM processes.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, application, and security teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities where required.
• Support enterprise AWS operations within a 24x7 production support model.
