Bizoforce is seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Note: The project scope mentions Full Stack Development, so experience with React.js and related frontend technologies is also required.

Required Skills

• Core Java: Java 11/17/21, multithreading, collections, streams, and design patterns.

• Database Technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable, secure, and reliable RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop data access layers using Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and other ORM frameworks.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Write optimized SQL queries and improve database performance across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks.
• Perform API and frontend testing to ensure application functionality and reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.

Performance and Production Support

• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support monitoring and logging activities using relevant observability tools.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Follow established coding standards, security practices, and development methodologies.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and cloud-native application deployment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of databases, application security, testing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate effectively with development teams.
