Bizoforce Hiring – GCP Trainer (Strategic Role) | Location: Pune / Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Trainer to lead and deliver impactful technical training programs for enterprise clients. This is a strategic role that goes beyond classroom training and involves hands-on GCP expertise, instructional design, and consulting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on core GCP services (Compute, Networking, Storage, BigQuery, GKE, IAM, etc.)
• Conduct hands-on labs, live demos, assessments, and quizzes
• Teach both foundational and advanced GCP topics for developers, architects, and DevOps engineers
• Assist learners in preparing for Google Cloud certifications

Content Development

• Create and maintain training materials including slides, labs, workshops, and certification guides
• Ensure content is updated with the latest GCP features
• Build reusable and scalable training assets

Client Engagement

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand business goals and cloud maturity
• Customize training paths to match client transformation timelines
• Provide post-training mentorship and support

Strategic Role Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Solution Design

• Guide learners through real-world GCP architecture scenarios
• Teach best practices in architecture, cost optimization, scalability, and availability

Strategic Consulting

• Participate in discovery sessions with client leadership
• Align training with cloud adoption roadmaps
• Support development of cloud enablement frameworks

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor junior trainers and client teams
• Work with product, engineering, and L&D stakeholders
• Promote community learning via webinars, meetups, and workshops

Cross-Platform Awareness

• Explain how GCP compares to AWS and Azure for hybrid/multi-cloud scenarios
• Train on common tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of GCP services like Compute Engine, BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Storage, etc.
• Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD
• Proven experience in delivering technical training
• Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Associate Cloud Engineer) preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences.
