Bizoforce Hiring – Google Cloud Engineer (GKE / Compute Engine / Terraform) – Remote (USA)

Bizoforce is hiring Google Cloud Engineers with strong expertise in Compute Engine, Kubernetes architecture, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), microservices, and Terraform.
This role focuses on designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native infrastructure for enterprise-grade workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience

Minimum 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Terraform-based automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure using Compute Engine & GKE
• Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters, node pools, networking, scaling, and security
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules for automated GCP provisioning
• Support microservices deployment and CI/CD integrations into GKE
• Implement best practices for cluster monitoring, logging, upgrades, and DR
• Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency across GCP
• Ensure compliance with IAM, VPC, and cloud security policies
• Document architecture, Terraform modules, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Compute Engine, GKE
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, service mesh concepts
• Proficiency in Terraform and IaC practices
• Experience with microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with IAM, VPC, Cloud Monitoring, Logging
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Cloud certifications (Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with Helm, Anthos, Istio, or service mesh tooling
• Knowledge of scripting (Python / Bash)
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies
