Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for complex enterprise environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with business objectives.

Experience

Level: Architect / Senior Architect
Experience Required: 7+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience with enterprise implementation exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations including discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution design
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimization
• Develop system diagrams, architecture documentation, and implementation plans
• Support stakeholder discussions, product demonstrations, and technical workshops
• Ensure high-quality delivery across development, testing, and release processes

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Dynamics CRM architecture and solution design
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• C#, .NET, SQL
• CRM SDK and plugins
• Enterprise CRM implementation experience
• Integration architecture and system design

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
• Experience working with public sector or federal clients
• Experience in Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery environments
• Experience with enterprise consulting environments (Big 4 or similar)
