Job Description
Bizoforce is hiring .NET Production Support Engineers with strong expertise in Azure cloud and ITIL-based application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application stability, handling incidents, troubleshooting issues, and supporting enterprise-grade .NET applications hosted on Azure. This role requires strong debugging skills, production support experience, and the ability to work in a 24×7 support environment.
Experience Required: 6–12 Years
Level: Technology Lead / Lead Consultant (JL5 / JL6)
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management
- Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications
- Monitor applications and handle incidents using ITIL processes
- Ensure quick resolution and minimal downtime
Troubleshooting & Debugging
- Diagnose and resolve .NET / API / application issues
- Perform log analysis and debugging
- Identify root cause and implement fixes
Azure Cloud Support
- Support Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Virtual Machines, Monitoring)
- Maintain application health, alerts, and dashboards
- Ensure high availability and performance
Release & Deployment
- Manage application deployments and releases
- Support bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements
- Ensure smooth release cycles
Monitoring & Optimization
- Maintain logs, alerts, and monitoring tools
- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Improve system stability and performance
