Key Responsibilities

Automation & Testing

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java & Selenium
• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
• Maintain and optimize automation test suites

Agile & Delivery

• Work in Agile environments and participate in all ceremonies
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to deliver quality solutions
• Support sprint and regression testing cycles

Framework & Tools

• Develop frameworks using TestNG and integrate reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports)
• Configure Selenium Grid for parallel execution
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)

Quality & Optimization

• Analyze and debug test scripts
• Improve test execution performance and efficiency
• Ensure quality standards, defect tracking, and documentation

Advanced Automation Capabilities

• Handle dynamic elements (XPath, CSS selectors, AJAX-based components)
• Automate XML/JSON-based data validations
• Work with DB queries (SQL / DB2) in automation
• Implement retry mechanisms and failure handling
• Support accessibility and mainframe automation strategies
