The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Selenium with Java, BDD frameworks, and automation architecture, with the ability to lead automation strategy and drive quality engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Selenium automation frameworks
• Lead automation strategy and implementation across projects
• Work with Java, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub
• Implement BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
• Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks
• Drive best practices in automation and quality engineering
• Work independently and mentor team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders for delivery and execution
