Key Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and hybrid cloud environments
• Manage Windows and Linux servers including patching and performance tuning
• Deploy and maintain VMware (ESXi, vCenter) infrastructure
• Manage enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS)
• Support networking components (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or scripting tools
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues
• Provide L2/L3 support and escalation handling
• Maintain documentation and infrastructure diagrams
