Bizoforce Hiring – Technical Product Owner (Agile / Scrum) – India - Remote

Bizoforce is hiring a Technical Product Owner to lead agile product development efforts across globally distributed teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, and drive the successful delivery of technology solutions. Experience in Scrum frameworks and an ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs effectively are essential.

Experience:
5–8 Years

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for one or more Agile Scrum teams
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and product requirements
• Maintain and groom the product backlog ensuring user stories are clear and actionable
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure the product meets business goals and user needs
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
