Bizoforce is Hiring – SRE Lead | Hyderabad (On-Site) | 4-Day Work Week

Bizoforce is looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an on-site role with a unique 4-day work week structure and 2nd shift hours (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

As the SRE Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical production systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and maintain cloud infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related engineering roles
• Expertise in Linux systems administration, networking, and managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell (Go is a plus)
• Proven ability in incident management, root cause analysis, and operational support
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
