Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Azure services and related technologies. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and resolving technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve L2 tickets within the defined SLA. Take ownership of customer issues reported and drive them to resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams following standard procedures. Develop and manage monitoring systems and dashboards for observability and proactive alerting using tools such as Grafana and Kibana. Analyze system defects, propose improvements, and implement efficiencies in systems and processes. Handle deployment and configuration tasks related to cloud platforms. Troubleshoot production issues and participate in 24x7 L2 on-call rotations and escalation workflows. Log all incidents and their resolutions to identify recurring issues. Automate repetitive manual tasks and develop tools to enhance platform and infrastructure efficiency. Collaborate closely with Architects, Engineering teams, external vendors, and partners to resolve production issues.

Required Skills

Expertise in Azure services, Azure AD, and Azure Kubernetes. Familiarity with Azure Databricks, MS SQL Server, and Postgres DB. Knowledge of Azure Logic App, SSL certificate creation, Kibana, Grafana, and monitoring systems. Basic understanding of Redis cache and Classic Cloud Services. Proficiency in tools like Postman and Thunder Client for API execution and CLI. Experience with performance tuning of applications and databases. Capability to ensure 24/7 site availability.

Good to Have Skills

Understanding of Cloud Services. Database concepts (SQL or NoSQL). Knowledge of secure coding practices.

Experience with Containers/Kubernetes.

Familiarity with DevOps tools. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). Scripting languages. Networking concepts.
