Job Description
Must have at least 4+ years of experience in Setup, administration and support Zabbix Environment. Should have at least 2+ years of experience any of two tools - Grafana, Prometheus, Anodot, AppDynamics Provide L2 level support to the tools Should have a good knowledge of DevOps tools - puppet, Jenkins, K8, Github, Gitlab. Troubleshoot underlying infrastructure related issues related to capacity, availability of servers and service Troubleshoot and resolve the tool related issues and any data related issues Provide support and expert advice during issue troubleshooting that requires monitoring tool support well-versed with various features of the tools and provide optimum solution and recommendations to the client requirements Perform problem management for permanent resolution of issues and incident reduction Follow and adhere to the ITSM processes Provide on-call support during outside the regular shift window for critical Incidents
