Automated COD payment status updates for 60–70% of orders using Python and Shopify API, reducing manual reconciliation and improving post-delivery accuracy. Redesigned affiliate tracking by configuring UpPromote to acknowledge referrals at order creation instead of payment confirmation, fixing issues with COD workflows and improving referral accuracy. Integrated Shopify API to cross-check order delivery, increasing valid monthly affiliate payouts from below 100 to 600+, and successfully validating 3000–4000 referrals with fewer than 10 mismatches. Designed a customer support chatbot using OpenAI API, capable of handling frequent user queries and improving engagement during pilot testing. Automated customer communications using n8n workflows, including notifications for orders, dispatch, consultations, and app downloads — reducing manual coordination by 30%. Developed interactive dashboards in Apache Superset with filters and auto-refresh functionality, providing real-time visibility into camp bookings and operational metrics for internal teams, including direct reporting to the CEO. Built a Python-based validation tool that consolidated camp booking inputs from multiple Google Sheets, transformed and cleaned the data, confirmed user roles against the PostgreSQL user database, and flagged new camps not already present in the system using composite keys.
