Worked as a Level 1 SOC Analyst in a 24×7 environment, performing continuous monitoring and initial triage of security alerts related to phishing, malware, ransomware, data exfiltration and OWASP Top 10 attacks. Hands-on experience with Seceon SIEM, Trellix DLP, and ManageEngine MDM, including alert analysis, daily SIEM health checks, creating dashboards, and generating KPI metrics for operational reporting. Investigated and prepared phishing analysis reports for spam and malicious emails to strengthen email security defenses. Utilized threat intelligence tools such as VirusTotal, Cisco Talos and IP lookup for IOC analysis and to support incident investigations.
