Worked as a CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) Engineer, supporting daily Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations for enterprise endpoints. Handled ServiceNow RITM requests on a daily basis related to endpoint privilege elevation and application access. Reviewed and validated business justification and approvals for privilege elevation requests in compliance with security policies. Performed application whitelisting using CyberArk EPM by analyzing application properties. Verified whether applications were digitally signed and publisher signature verified before allowing privilege elevation.
