Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure to design and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines within cloud and hybrid environments. This role is best suited for professionals who can combine infrastructure engineering, automation, and system reliability practices to support enterprise applications.

Experience
Level: SRE / Senior Engineer
Experience Required: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Helm and related tools
• Develop automation and infrastructure as code solutions
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk)
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Troubleshoot production issues across application, network, and system layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system reliability improvements
• Ensure performance, availability, and scalability of systems
• Support on-call operations and incident management
