Job Description
Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Solution Lead with strong expertise in AI/ML Engineering to support enterprise-scale AI platforms and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to lead solution design and delivery. This role is best suited for professionals who can combine deep technical expertise in AI/ML with scalable system design, cloud architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for AI/ML platforms
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, detection, and segmentation
• Design scalable data pipelines and model training workflows
• Work with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) for infrastructure and deployment
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and automation
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, data systems, and enterprise platforms
• Monitor system performance using observability and monitoring tools
• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of AI systems

• Programming: Python, C/C++, GoLang
• Machine Learning Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, ONNX
• Cloud Platforms: GCP, AWS, OpenStack, DigitalOcean
