Bizoforce Hiring – SRE Lead (Ann Arbor, MI)

Bizoforce is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead to oversee production environments, ensure platform reliability, and drive operational excellence across cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure automation, system performance, and leadership, ensuring seamless operations for critical business platforms.

Experience:
12+ years (minimum 8 years in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles)

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Git
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SRE engineers to maintain high system availability and performance
• Implement and manage robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and implement post-incident improvements
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure management processes
• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and fault-tolerant applications
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery exercises

Assignment Details

• Workdays: 5 days per week (Hybrid – Ann Arbor, MI)
• Work Authorization: Only Green card or U.S. citizenship is required.
