Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced AWS Cloud Operations Leads with 8-12 years of experience to manage and support cloud infrastructure for a large client. The role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

Responsibilities

Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance cloud operations. Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate deployment and management processes using Terraform. Maintain and strengthen security protocols to safeguard cloud resources and sensitive data. Perform system updates, patches, and backups regularly to ensure system integrity and reliability. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and operational procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in AWS cloud operations and management. Strong proficiency in Linux system administration. Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale enterprise environments. Strong communication and leadership abilities. AWS certifications are a plus.
