Working on FASTag NETC Issuer Host Framework projects (J&K FASTag and IDBI FASTag) — FASTag issuing and management systems developed for NPCI's NETC ecosystem. The applications enable users to issue FASTags, manage customer wallets, handle toll transactions, disputes, and perform reconciliation and settlement with NPCI, CBS, and payment gateways, providing a fully automated electronic toll collection system across India. Identified E2E scenarios and developed reusable Generic Methods to enhance automation framework scalability. Built and maintained Selenium + Python automation suites using POM architecture; developed test cases in PyTest and BDD (Cucumber). Executed REST API tests via Postman for wallet recharge, toll processing, and refund flows. Performed SQL database validation for transactions, reconciliation, and settlement data integrity. Participated in requirement analysis with BAs, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to ensure complete test coverage.
