Bizoforce Hiring: SRE Lead | Hyderabad (On-site, 4-Day Week)

Bizoforce is actively hiring a seasoned SRE Lead to join our team at the Hyderabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role working 4 days per week, aligned to the 2nd shift (1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST). We’re seeking individuals with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps practices, and cloud-native infrastructure to lead a high-performing SRE team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of production systems.
• Design and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to build resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on skills with Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog).
• Strong scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, Shell, or Go.
• Proven incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
