Bizoforce is hiring a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native deployment practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DevOps tools and automation frameworks, enabling efficient software delivery and infrastructure management. This role involves working closely with development and operations teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performance DevOps solutions.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins
• Manage GitHub runners and optimize build/deployment workflows
• Support migration between Git platforms as per organizational strategy

Containerization & Orchestration

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerized deployments
• Manage orchestration of microservices-based applications
• Ensure scalability and reliability of container platforms

Infrastructure & DevOps Practices

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Automate deployments and configuration management
• Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor CI/CD pipelines and resolve issues proactively
• Optimize system performance and reduce downtime
• Maintain high availability and system efficiency

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with development and operations teams
• Conduct training sessions on CI/CD tools and best practices
• Drive DevOps adoption across teams
